Protocol and Standard for Organic Certification since 1998,and it is suitable for the guidance to the production of organic products in China and Hong Kong,comparing with conventional farming,there has a big advantage on organic farming to solve those problems such as the residue of pesticides,the safety of foods,the pollution of fertilizer and the sustainable development of agriculture,which are nowadays concerned by the international society. It would be a big challenge for the foreign and domestic markets\u2019 needs of safety foods after Chinese entering into WTO.
